The program I offer consists of a minimum period of 3 months, one session (duration of 45 to 60min) every 2 weeks, for a total of 6 sessions, renewable upon mutual agreement.
The first consultation, which is an evaluation session based on the information previously provided in the Health History Form (link to the form), is free and separate from the program.
The pack of 6 sessions is to be paid in full in the first session.
The sessions may take place online or in person at the following location in Oeiras/Portugal, where I am currently based:
